I Need Amazon to Reship or Refund My Missing Running Boards Order
I ordered a set of running boards on Amazon to be delivered to my address in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The order was marked as delivered on March 30th; however, I never received the package, and despite the status showing as delivered, it has still not arrived. It has now been a couple of months since the supposed delivery date. I have contacted both the seller and Amazon customer service about this issue, explaining that I did not receive the package even though it appears as delivered. Despite these attempts, the package still cannot be located, and no effective solution has been provided so far. I request that a replacement shipment of the running boards be sent to my address as soon as possible, or that a suitable solution be offered so that I am not left paying for an item I never received.
