Amazon Package Not Received As Stated

I ordered a computer monitor from Best Buy for my office, and Amazon was responsible for the delivery to my business address in the Bronx, NY. The package was scheduled to be delivered on 05/01/2026. However, the tracking information shows that the package was “delivered” even though my business was closed at that time and no one was there to receive it. The monitor was never delivered to me. After noticing this, I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they redirected me to Amazon since they were the carrier. However, I have not been able to reach a live customer service agent at Amazon to explain the situation and resolve the issue. As a result, I am left without the monitor that I urgently need for my office, while the system incorrectly shows the order as delivered. I request that a replacement computer monitor be sent to my business address as soon as possible, as this item is necessary for my work. I expect the delivery information to be reviewed carefully and the false “delivered” status to be investigated, since the package was never actually received.
