I Didn’t Receive My Amazon Order and Tracking Shows On Hold

I placed an order on Amazon on April 18 for four items, including “Grosmimi Replacements (Straw Kit 2-Counts, Stage 2),” with an estimated delivery date of April 19. However, when I check the tracking information in my Amazon account, the status shows “On hold,” and I have not received any of the products.
Since I could not easily find a customer service number on the site, I searched for one and contacted Amazon customer support yesterday. I was told that my order would be delivered by the end of the day, but this did not happen, and the tracking status remains unchanged.
I urgently request that all four items be delivered to me as soon as possible without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the order is marked “On hold,” as I need these products urgently.
