I Cannot Access My Amazon Photos Account After Losing My Old Phone Number
I have an Amazon Photos account that I use on my Android phone, and I have not been able to access it since around April 2026 because I no longer have access to the old phone number and email address linked to the account. When I try to sign in, the system accepts my details and then tries to send a verification code only to my old number or old email, which I cannot access anymore, so I am completely locked out of my account. I have tried to reach a live customer service agent but I have not been able to get through to anyone who can help me with this. Because of the verification step, I cannot even update my contact information myself within the account. In this situation, I kindly request support to help me regain access to my Amazon Photos account by verifying my identity through an alternative method and then updating both my phone number and my email address. I want to be able to access my account and my photos again, and I am ready to provide any necessary information to confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account.
