Amazon UK Account Locked Due To Old Phone Number And Password Reset Loop
I am having serious difficulty accessing my Amazon UK account registered under the email address angelajh***@icloud.com. I forgot my password and, when I try to log in, the system first asks for the password I no longer remember. When I choose to reset it, I am then directed to WhatsApp, which I do not use and do not have installed. After that, the system says it will send a code to my phone, but the phone number on the account is no longer my current number, so I cannot receive any verification code. Because of this loop between the forgotten password, the WhatsApp requirement, and the old phone number, I am completely unable to regain access to my Amazon account despite trying all day yesterday and again today. I request that my identity be verified by alternative means (such as via my registered email address) so that I can reset my password and update my phone number on the account. I would like your support to regain secure access to my account without using WhatsApp and to have my new phone number registered so this problem does not continue.
