On March 30, 2024, I had to cancel an order on Amazon.com.tr. Unfortunately, even though I canceled the order at the basket stage, I didn't receive a refund. To make matters worse, I couldn't find a customer service number to contact Amazon for assistance. I find myself in a rather unfortunate predicament and have decided to file a complaint against Amazon.com.tr. If my money is not refunded, I will take further action by reaching out to CİMER and sharing my experience on social media.

On 30.03.2024, I canceled a product through Amazon.com.tr. Although the product was canceled while it was still in the cart, no refund was issued by Amazon, and I could not find a customer service number. I am in a disadvantaged position and I am filing a complaint about Amazon.com.tr. If my money is not refunded, I will file a complaint with CİMER and turn to social media if necessary.
