Amazon Book Order Canceled, Accused of Being a Bookseller

I am a frequent book orderer on Amazon.com.tr. I am an avid reader. Due to the spring campaign, I placed another book order over the weekend. However, my order was not approved and I received an email stating that it was not approved because my order content exceeded the needs of a household.
I contacted customer service and asked how the household need is determined with 4 books. I learned that there was an artificial intelligence (AI) problem, that I was classified as a bookseller by AI because most of my orders were books, and that my order was therefore rejected.
My previous orders were not recurring orders. They were not orders containing more than one copy of a book. In this context, when I asked 'How am I classified as a bookseller?', they said that a request for correction would be opened and the situation would be resolved within 48 hours. However, today I unfortunately received another funny email; they announced that they did not back down from their decision after the review.
I am a consumer and what I consume is books. I buy my books from Amazon, BKM, and Kitapyurdu. When you look at my Amazon orders, it is clear that only 1 copy of each book was ordered and never repeated. Amazon's insistence on rejecting my book purchases and continuing to accuse me of being a supplier is a violation of my personal and consumer rights.
I contacted them today and conveyed my complaint, but I don't know how this mistake they made will be compensated. How do they determine the household book need? How can they accuse me of being a bookseller with 4 books? Amazon is currently a seller whose image has been destroyed for me...
