I opened a company under the name DOMANIC LIMITED in Amazon UK in March 2023. In order to do dropshipping on Amazon UK, I first opened my account at Amazon.com via the same e-mail. Then, in that account, I chose the UK for sales to the European market and started sales. On August 28, 2023, I received an e-mail to this address stating that my Amazon America account was closed. Since I was already selling on Amazon UK, I did not care about this situation and continued. On August 31, 2023, I was informed again at this address that my account at Amazon UK was closed due to association and I was asked to prove that this account belonged to me. I submitted my application and proved this via video call. I had every document in my hand. I have never victimized customers in any way. I submitted my company documents, account statements, etc., but I did not receive a positive response. After the account was closed, I contacted them many times, but I did not get any results. They did not open my account even though all my documents were legal and correct and the account belonged entirely to me. 3 months after the account was closed, I applied to receive my money from the sales I made on Amazon UK. The video call was made. While I was thinking that I submitted every document again and proved myself, everything went well. I was told that this time they would not give me my money. I only had a buybox in my account for 1 month, and during this period, I delivered more than 300 products to customers without any problems. Customers gave positive feedback. I put effort and effort into Amazon UK. I added value and invested. I did everything properly. But my own money is being confiscated by Amazon. I bought the products I sold to all customers with my own money. I don't want my account to be opened anymore. I want my balance in my Amazon UK account, which is my right and created by borrowing, back to my registered bank account. I presented all my documents to you officially during and after the video call. I did not behave wrongly in any way. But unfortunately, my account is kept closed and my money is confiscated without any justification. Don't victimize me. I had to pay my loan debt and I was in a very difficult financial situation because my money was unfairly blocked by Amazon. I want my money to be given to me. I demand that Amazon, such a reputable and large company, correct this mistake. I would be glad if you help me.
