Amazon Shut Down My Stores and Is Holding My Funds Over a Product I Never Sold

I do dropshipping from Amazon using an intermediate warehouse. As soon as my sales increased, especially in Canada and Mexico, which are my biggest markets, my stores were immediately put under review, and my funds were held. The review process ended, but then it started again and then ended again. Of course, in the meantime, Amazon is holding my money. Just when I thought my Canadian store, which had been held for 3 months, would be released and I could resume my sales, I received a "fake product" warning for an item I never sold, although it was on my list. I was asked to prove invoices and how many units I bought and sold in the last 365 days.
I explained that the product was sold by Amazon.com, that I never sold it, it was only listed, and that my account health was in top condition. I also pointed out that I couldn’t provide invoices for a product I never bought or sold. In response, they sent the same message again, asking for invoices, and then shut down all my stores in Canada, Mexico, the US, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. They also kept my funds, which they said they "might" return after 60-90 days if they want to. What nonsense. Amazon is the only authority to appeal to, and you can’t take them to court. All my paperwork and transactions were approved, so if they don’t want us selling, they should just say so. This process has caused unnecessary conflicts between Turkish sellers. They manipulate everything with their software. There's no fair business here. No dropshipping model from Amazon is truly safe. In fact, because they hold the money and are the only appeal authority, no method of selling feels secure.
