Amazon India Delayed My Wardrobe Refund and Pickup for Weeks

I ordered a wardrobe from Amazon India about one month ago. After receiving and assembling the product, I realized that the wardrobe was not durable and did not meet my expectations in terms of overall quality and reliability.

Because of these issues, I immediately created a return request through Amazon. Despite this, Amazon has still not arranged pickup of the wardrobe, and I have also not received any refund for the order.

I contacted Amazon customer service through chat support regarding the issue, and I was informed that the wardrobe would be picked up soon. However, even after receiving this assurance, nobody has come to collect the item, and there has been no actual progress with the return process.

At this point, I am also no longer receiving proper assistance or clear updates regarding the issue, which has made the entire experience extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

I request that Amazon urgently arrange pickup of the returned wardrobe and issue a full refund for the order without any further delay. I also expect clearer communication and proper customer support regarding unresolved return requests like this one.
