I purchased a Hisense 254 cm (100‑inch) Q7N Series 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED TV from Amazon India (Order ID: 402-4721835-3445110, Invoice: SDEG-111520) for ₹2,49,999. The order was placed on 12 June 2026 and delivered on 13 June 2026, and the TV arrived structurally shattered. The damaged TV is currently lying at my registered residence in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, waiting for a proper heavy‑item reverse pickup team from Amazon’s logistics network. Even though this order and its after‑sales service are fully under Amazon’s responsibility, your field agents have repeatedly marked scheduled pickups as “unsuccessful” in the Amazon system without ever physically reaching my address. In addition, your local Amazon hub kept this very large and expensive item for around 15 days and then sent it back to my home without resolving anything. As a result, my ₹2,49,999 remains blocked while Amazon’s internal process prevents any legitimate logistical solution, which I consider a clear deficiency of service and an unfair trade practice. I have already raised this matter with the National Consumer Helpline under Grievance No. 9587048 and, since the problem remains unresolved, under the new Grievance No. 9837676 as well. Despite these escalations, Amazon has still not arranged a proper pickup or processed my refund. At this point my demand from Amazon is straightforward. I want Amazon to arrange a dedicated heavy‑item pickup vehicle with a trained team to properly pack and collect this 100‑inch broken television from my residence, and, after a successful physical pickup, to process a full refund of ₹2,49,999 back to the original credit card used for this purchase. Please share a clear, non‑automated written confirmation within 24 hours, stating the exact date and time slot of the scheduled heavy‑item pickup. If a verified pickup vehicle is not dispatched to my address within 48 hours, I will consider this as Amazon’s refusal to remedy the situation and I will move the entire email trail, the NCH grievance history, and photographic evidence of the damaged TV to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission via the E‑Daakhil Portal, where I will seek my principal refund, 18% penal interest, and ₹1,00,000 compensation for mental agony. I request an immediate human response from Amazon with a concrete logistical resolution timeline and the full refund processing upon pickup.
