I Report Being Ignored by Amazon After Returning Faulty Products

I bought 2 LED lamps from a seller called "Turan Shop" on Amazon's Türkiye website. I received the products, but they were not the same as shown in the product images and were also poor in quality. I repackaged them according to the original packaging instructions and returned both items. I received a refund for one of them, but the other has not been refunded. I sent a message through Amazon’s site about this issue, but Amazon has not responded, and I am still waiting. Be careful when shopping on Amazon and avoid "Turan Shop."
