Amazon Costway Folding Chair Arrived With Damaged Leg
I purchased a set of two black seat Costway folding chairs on Amazon, and when I received them I discovered that one of the chairs had a damaged leg. The order arrived on May 2, and I immediately followed the seller’s instructions by taking a clear photo of the damaged leg and sending it through the Amazon system. I have now sent this picture twice as requested, but the issue has still not been resolved and I have not received a clear solution. Because I bought a new product, I expect both chairs in the set to be in usable condition. I am requesting that the damaged chair be replaced with a new one so that I receive the complete, undamaged set that I paid for. I kindly ask that this matter be handled as soon as possible.
