Amazon Sent Me the Wrong Product and Has Not Refunded My Money for Two Months

In December, I purchased a blanket from Amazon.com.tr with order number 403-0350459-7689126. However, I was sent the wrong product—a pair of sweatpants. I immediately initiated the return process and sent the item back. The return details are as follows: Amazon return code: RE294509, Amazon return number: Dy0D4FxFRRMA, order number: 403-0350459-7689126. Despite two months passing, I have yet to receive my refund. During this period, I contacted Amazon customer service once and sent several emails, but the issue remains unresolved. I am requesting the delayed refund to be processed urgently. Otherwise, I will have to file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board. I kindly ask for an immediate response regarding this matter and an apology for the inconvenience caused. I expect prompt action to resolve the issue.
