Amazon Sent Expired Beverages and Ignored Complaint Severity
On December 25, 2025, I ordered Yedigün products from Amazon, and 4 units were delivered to me. When I checked the products, I noticed that their expiration date was in 2025, meaning they had already expired when they were sent to me.
After discovering this, I contacted Amazon customer service and clearly reported that the 4 Yedigün products were expired. However, my complaint was not handled with the seriousness it deserved. They only mentioned issuing a refund and did not show any real concern about the severity of the issue.
I find it unacceptable that expired products are being sold and delivered in this way, as it poses a direct risk to consumer health and reflects a serious lack of quality control in the supply and delivery process.
In addition to a refund, I request compensation for the negligence, as well as for the risk and inconvenience caused. I also demand that proper investigations and controls be implemented to ensure that expired products are not sold or delivered to customers again.
