Amazon Sent An Opened, Unsealed Health Supplement & Refused Return

I purchased a Nutraxin D3K2 Vitamin 30 ml product from Amazon.com.tr, sold and shipped directly by Amazon.com.tr. I placed the order on 26.06.2026 and received the product on 27.06.2026. When I opened the package, I saw that the spray nozzle was already attached to the bottle, there was no safety lock on the cap, the cardboard packaging was opened and damaged, and there was no protective seal or any safety measure on the product. Because this is a health supplement, I was very concerned about the safety and integrity of the product. For this reason, I first called the Nutraxin support helpline listed on Amazon’s product page. The Nutraxin representative clearly stated that this product is absolutely never manufactured or shipped in such a condition. They explained that the spray nozzle must be in a separate, sealed bag and the bottle must have a locked cap. They also advised me to buy directly from the Nutraxin store in the future to avoid issues like this, which shows that the current packaging and safety condition of the product I received is not acceptable even for the brand itself. After this, I tried to initiate a return via Amazon, but the system blocked my request with the message “This item is not eligible for return.” I then contacted Amazon customer service and explained the entire situation in detail to a representative named Ufuk Demir. I clearly stated that the cardboard box was opened and damaged, there was no security seal and no locked cap, and that the nozzle arrived already attached to the bottle. Despite all these explanations and the information I received from Nutraxin, the representative repeatedly told me, “The product is original, this is how we ship it, ‘This item is not eligible for return,’ you cannot return it,” and did not take any real steps to investigate my complaint or offer a solution. As a Prime member, I find it unacceptable that Amazon.com.tr ships a health supplement in a condition where the packaging is compromised, the safety measures are missing, and the integrity of the contents is uncertain, and then refuses the return under the pretext that the product is not eligible for return. This situation is seriously problematic in terms of customer health and safety. I demand that Amazon.com.tr immediately accept the return of this product and issue a full refund. In addition, I request that all necessary measures be taken so that sensitive products such as health supplements are never shipped without protective seals, unlocked, with the nozzle pre‑attached, or in opened or damaged packaging, and that the relevant warehouse and shipping processes be thoroughly reviewed to prevent such an incident from happening again.
