I placed two separate orders on Amazon for Oberni baby glass bottles by Christine Collins, but although both orders are marked as “delivered” in my Amazon account, I have not received either of them. In addition to the bottles, I also ordered Oberni teats, size 3, which are likewise shown as delivered but have not reached me. It has been nearly a week that the system has been showing these items as delivered, yet nothing has arrived at my address. I have tried to reach Amazon customer services about this issue but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to resolve it. This is especially upsetting because these products are for my baby and I needed them urgently. In this situation, I request a full refund for all of these undelivered orders, as the products never reached me despite being shown as delivered in the system. I kindly ask that my refund be processed as soon as possible.
