Amazon Refund Not Received
I placed an order on Amazon Türkiye (amazon.com.tr) with the order number 404-7544113-6755565 for sparkling water. I waited for about two weeks without any proper update on my order, and only after this period I was informed that the item could not be delivered and that it would be cancelled. Despite this, it has now been around two months and I still have not received my money back. During this time I tried to reach Amazon customer service, but the system only directs me to automatic responses and I could not reach a real customer representative. The phone number provided also does not work, so I have been left without any clear information or support about my refund. Because of this experience, my trust in Amazon has been seriously shaken, especially as I am planning to purchase more expensive items and need to be sure that I can rely on the service. I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this order to my original payment method as soon as possible, and I also expect a clear explanation and an apology for the delay and the communication problems I have faced.
Having my order marked as undeliverable and not receiving any response for two weeks disappointed me. The refund still hasn't been processed and I had serious difficulty reaching Amazon customer service. This situation has shaken my trust and I am afraid of encountering a similar problem.
