On March 18, I ordered an AMD Ryzen 7 8700F 4.10 GHz 16 MB AM5 tray processor from the seller “Magic Teknoloji” on Amazon for $225. The product was delivered to me on March 22. After realizing that I had purchased it without doing proper research, I decided to return it without opening the box or using the product. I created a return request on March 23 and sent the product back via shipping around March 26.
However, my return was rejected on the grounds that I had sent a “different product.” This claim is incorrect. Both the box I received and returned, as well as the document inside it, clearly stated AMD Ryzen 7 8700F. In other words, the product I returned was exactly the same as the one I ordered.
Despite this, my return was not accepted, and as of today, the product has been shipped back to me. Even though I returned the product unopened and unused, I do not accept the wrongful rejection of my return under the claim that I sent a different product.
I request that my return process for this purchase from the Amazon seller Magic Teknoloji be reviewed again, and that my return be approved so that my payment of $225 is refunded to me.
