Amazon Recharged Me After Refund for Wrong Shampoo Order

I placed an order on Amazon.com (US) on May 8 for a Truss Ultra Hydration hair shampoo, but instead of this product, I received a different shampoo. Because of this mistake, I returned the incorrect item and received a refund at that time. However, on June 30, an amount of $38.97 was taken from my bank account again for this order, even though I had already returned the wrong item that Amazon sent me. I find it very unfair that I am being charged again after following the proper return process for an error that was not mine. My order number is 112-9385874-3698632. I have tried to contact Amazon through chat and the available links, but I have not been able to reach effective support or a clear explanation, which has been extremely frustrating. I kindly request that the amount of $38.97 be refunded back to my account and that this issue be reviewed, as the initial mistake was that the wrong item was sent to me. I expect Amazon to correct this situation and ensure that similar errors do not happen again.
