Amazon UK Charged Me After Cancellation Attempt Showed No Orders Found
I am writing regarding my recent Amazon UK order with the number 114-9991271-0328230, which I attempted to cancel. I tried to cancel the order more than 12 hours ago, and when I checked, the system showed a notice stating “NO ORDERS FOUND,” which led me to believe that the order had been successfully cancelled. Despite this, I discovered this morning that I have still been charged for the order. This is very misleading, as the system gave the impression that there was no active order, and now I have a payment taken for something I explicitly tried to cancel in time. I also tried to reach Amazon customer service about this issue, but I have not been able to get through to anyone and have received no support so far. I find it very frustrating that there is no accessible assistance in such a simple situation. I kindly request that my order be fully cancelled, that the entire amount charged be refunded as soon as possible, and that this issue be investigated so that other customers do not face the same problem in the future.
