Amazon Charging Me For Returned Rug Despite Completed Return Status
I am writing regarding an issue with my Amazon.com order number 112-1302541-7175434, involving two rugs that I returned but for which I am still being charged for one item. I had ordered two rugs and received only one QR code for the return. I placed both rugs in the same package and shipped them back together using that single QR code. The return was sent on March 18th, and in my Amazon account I have screenshots clearly showing that the return is marked as complete. Despite this, today I was informed that I am being charged for one of the rugs because Amazon claims it was not received. I am unable to reach Amazon customer service despite trying to call the number 888-280-4331, so I have not been able to resolve this directly with them. Since both rugs were returned in the same package using the QR code that Amazon provided and my account shows the return as completed, I find it unfair that I am still being charged. I request that Amazon remove the extra charge related to the rug they claim was not received, as both rugs were shipped back together and the return process on my side was completed properly. I am also prepared to provide the screenshots that show the return as complete.
