Amazon Charged Me Twice for Baby Joy High Chair
I ordered a Baby Joy high chair on Amazon on March 31 and paid for it with my debit card. The total amount that was charged to my card was $12,065.36 JMD. Although the payment was already taken on March 31, another charge for the same amount was taken again on April 9, which means I have effectively been charged twice for the same order. I have tried to reach Amazon and/or the seller, but I am not getting through to anyone and have not received any explanation or help regarding this duplicate charge. At the moment, I have two payments for one product, and this is causing me financial stress. With this complaint, I kindly request a full refund of the extra charge that was taken on April 9, and confirmation that only one payment will remain for this Baby Joy high chair order.
