Amazon Pro Plan Refund Still Not Received After Request
I am writing about an unresolved issue regarding my Amazon Pro Plan on Amazon UK. I requested a refund for the Pro Plan on 28 May 2026, but the refund has still not been issued to my account. I have attempted to contact Amazon UK customer support about this problem, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication has left the issue completely unresolved and I still have not received the money I am owed. I kindly request that the full amount I paid for the Amazon Pro Plan be refunded to me as soon as possible and that I am informed in writing once the refund has been processed.
