Amazon Prime Delivery Failed to Arrive Despite Scheduled Saturday Option

As a member of Amazon Prime, I placed an order on Wednesday, relying on the benefits of Prime delivery. I selected the scheduled delivery option for three days later, on Saturday. Unfortunately, even after choosing this option, my items did not arrive as scheduled. This experience makes me doubt the real worth of the so-called “exclusive” delivery promises associated with Prime membership. It is completely unacceptable to mislead people with these so-called Prime privileges. A company as large as Amazon should definitely ensure better delivery reliability.
