Amazon Prime Delivery Is Late Despite Promised Delivery Date

I have recently been experiencing repeated delivery delays with my Amazon orders that are eligible for Prime delivery. Even though I am a Prime member and the products are shown as eligible for Prime delivery, my orders are not arriving on the promised delivery date. In my most recent case, my order with tracking ID ıa0002981614 was scheduled for delivery on October 5, with Amazon listed as the carrier, but it should have been delivered yesterday and still has not arrived today. These delays have happened several times, and each time I am unable to receive the benefit I expect from the Prime service that I chose specifically for its fast and reliable delivery promise. Whenever I contact customer service through the app about these issues, I only receive the standard response that there is “high demand,” without any clear explanation of why the problem keeps happening or what will be done to resolve it. I use my Prime membership specifically for fast delivery on the promised date, but these repeated delays make me feel that Amazon is not providing the service that was promised. I request that Amazon investigate the cause of these delivery delays, ensure that Prime orders are delivered completely and on the promised date, and take appropriate action to resolve the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced.
