This is not an isolated case; almost every order I place with Prime is shown or delivered later than the promised next‑day service, which makes me question why I am paying for Prime at all. I have tried to contact customer service but find the system very difficult to use and it seems impossible to speak to a real person, so I have not been able to get this recurring problem properly addressed. I request that you ensure this order is delivered with the next‑day service that Prime promises and that you review my account and the Prime delivery performance in my area, as repeated late deliveries mean I am not getting the service I am paying for. I also ask you to consider appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the Prime service if you cannot consistently provide the advertised next‑day delivery.
