Amazon Prime Deliver Issue
I live in Türkiye and I am an Amazon Prime member specifically because the service promises next‑day delivery. Despite this, my recent order for dog food, placed with Prime, was not delivered on the promised date. Instead of next‑day delivery, I was informed that the delivery would be delayed by four days. This delay directly affects my elderly dog, whose food has already run out and whose diet is now being disrupted because of the late delivery. I am paying the Amazon Prime membership fee with the clear expectation that deliveries will arrive the next day, as advertised, and I find it unacceptable that this commitment is not being fulfilled. I contacted Amazon customer service about the issue, but they only stalled me and did not offer any real solution. I request that Amazon take responsibility for this situation, ensure that Prime delivery promises are respected, and provide an appropriate resolution for this particular order and the disruption it has caused.
