Amazon Package Marked Delivered but Sent to Wrong Address

I placed an order for dance shoes from Amazon to be delivered to my address at 273 McLeod Rd, Rowland, NC 28***. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered yesterday, on the 5th, and it shows as delivered to my address. However, the package did not arrive at my home, and the delivery photo shown in the tracking is not of my house or my property, so it was clearly left at the wrong address. I tried to reach Amazon customer service by phone to report this incorrect delivery, but I have not been able to speak to anyone so far. I urgently need these dance shoes, and this failed delivery has caused me a lot of inconvenience. I request that Amazon either reship the same dance shoes to my correct address as soon as possible at no additional charge to me, or provide a full refund, again with no cost or fees charged to me. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly, as the error was not on my side. The image is not my home.
