Amazon Wrong Adress Delivery
On March 20, my Amazon order number 112-5529358-0791413, which contained Under Armour running shoes and Harmon wacht pins, was marked as delivered in my account, but the package was actually delivered to the wrong address in Orlando, FL, USA. I never received the package because it was left at a different apartment due to an error in the delivery process. When I tried to resolve this through Amazon Customer Service, there were no human agents available to properly assist me. During the process I somehow ended up agreeing to return a package that I do not have, because it was not delivered to my address. This is an impossible condition for me to meet, as I cannot return an item that was never in my possession. I am requesting a full refund for this order without the requirement to return the items, since the delivery mistake was not caused by me, and I would like to be able to purchase these products again. I kindly ask you to review the delivery records for this shipment and resolve this issue by issuing a refund as soon as possible.
