Order Issue And Unsatisfactory Experience I Encountered On Amazon

Hello, Lately, I've been encountering various issues with my purchases on Amazon. My latest order placed on January 24th has still not been delivered. Despite reaching out to customer service three times, my order has yet to arrive. As someone who regularly shops on Amazon and recommends the platform to others, I have decided to discontinue using Amazon. My only request at the moment is for my order to be delivered promptly. After this issue is resolved, I intend to close my Amazon account permanently. Thank you.
