Amazon Order Cancelled During Shipping
On 8 October 2026 I placed an order through Amazon Turkey with order number 406-2108417-6862768 for two Hot Wheels Premium series model cars, with a total amount of ₺1,056.38. While the products were already in cargo, 961,33r was cancelled on 9 October 2026 without any request, approval or intervention from my side. After the order was cancelled, no refund was made to my account. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, no clear solution was provided and instead of actually investigating the issue, I was repeatedly asked to send the same order information again via e‑mail. Since all of these details are already visible in their own system, these repetitive requests feel unserious and like an attempt to stall, and I am met with an indifferent attitude as if the cancellation had been caused by me. For this order, which was cancelled during shipment without any request from me, I request that the payment of ₺961.33 be immediately refunded to my account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for the communication problems and the victimisation I experienced during this process, as well as an apology from your side.
