Amazon Marked My Package Delivered but I Never Received It
On September 17th, I placed an order for two items that were marked with next-day delivery. Today, on September 18th, they were handed over to the courier, but I returned one of them because I was told it would be delivered 3 days later. As for the other one, I received a call and went to the pickup point just 1 minute later, but there was no one there... Then I got a message saying it was delivered. I can't reach customer service; when I try via chat, it just keeps looping in the same place. When I request a call, they ring me up, but after the automated voice message, the call automatically disconnects. It's truly a tragicomic situation—I'm literally laughing out of frustration at this point. This has completely ruined Amazon's entire reputation in my eyes. I will cancel my Prime membership as soon as the refunds are completed. Who knows where they actually delivered the package? Despite the address being crystal clear, there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of delivery process. To make matters worse, it feels like they're mocking me; even though I told the courier over the phone that I was coming right away, they just delivered it goodness knows where and moved on.
