Amazon Ignores Consumer Rights, My Issues Are Disregarded

I bought a vacuum cleaner via Amazon.com.tr with the order number 407-6664884-3474752, but it was arbitrarily canceled by Amazon. . Within the scope of consumer rights, such a situation is not reflected to the customer and the consumer's rights are protected (the main reason why I prefer Amazon is the importance it gives to consumers); has to supply the product and send it to the customer. I would like to emphasize that if this is not done, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
