Amazon Canceled My DVX 9H Nano Ceramic Coating Order and Did Not Refund

On August 27, 2025, I ordered a product called DVX 9H Nano Ceramic Coating - Ceramic Coating from Amazon (Order No: 407-0571528-3745901). My order was canceled by the seller without any explanation, and I was only notified via a generic email. However, I have not received a refund. When I contacted Amazon customer service, I was told that this issue was not related to them. Since I placed the order through the marketplace, I want this problem to be resolved. I request both the delivery of my product and compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced. My delivery address is in Istanbul. I kindly ask for an urgent response regarding this matter.
