Amazon Dispute For Fraudulent Purchase That Was Charged To My Account

I am an Amazon Prime member of many years and I am writing regarding a fraudulent $426 iPad charge on my account dated August 26, 2026, and the subsequent blocking of my entire Amazon account and subscriptions. The $426 transaction was not made by me. Within approximately three hours of noticing the charge, both Amazon and my bank were notified. I provided my bank with all the documents and delivery information that Amazon had sent me, and after their investigation the bank concluded that the transaction was fraudulent and returned the funds to my account. According to what I can see from the information Amazon sent, someone attempted to make this iPad purchase multiple times, and the charge was ultimately processed on my bank debit card, not on my new Amazon Chase Prime card. The Chase card did not accept the transaction, yet it still went through Amazon via my bank debit card. Despite this, Amazon has now blocked my access. As of about a week and a half ago, I started having difficulty ordering, and as of yesterday my entire account and all of my subscriptions have been shut down. I cannot order anything, my subscriptions are canceled, and I am essentially locked out of my Prime account. When I call customer service, they say they will send me a text, but I never receive it, so I cannot get any help or verify anything. It feels as though I am blocked from everything and unable to contact anyone effectively. My bank has already investigated and confirmed this as fraud and refunded the money, and Amazon also has all the documents and delivery information. For this reason, I am very concerned and unwilling to add another payment card, because I fear Amazon may try to charge me again for this fraudulent $426 iPad purchase. I request that Amazon promptly restore my full access to my Amazon and Prime account, reactivate my subscriptions, and allow me to use my new Amazon Chase Prime card for payments, all without charging me the disputed $426 or holding me responsible for this fraudulent transaction. I also ask for clear written confirmation that I will not be charged for this fraudulent iPad order now or in the future, and that my account will not be restricted again for this same issue.
