Amazon Did Not Keep Its Promise

I noticed a flickering light issue (like momentary dimming similar to eye blinking) with the 2K resolution Acer monitor I purchased from Amazon.com.tr within the first few days and reported it to customer service. Initially, they asked me to obtain and submit a document called DOA from the brand’s technical service. However, when the technical service emailed that they could not provide such a document, and I forwarded this to Amazon, they contacted me by phone, seemingly very concerned, and said they would take back the product. They mentioned that if the same product was not in stock, I could choose a device with similar features, and they would assist me even if there was a price difference. Despite informing them of the product I wanted, weeks passed without any response from them. Eventually, when my eyes began to suffer significantly due to the faulty monitor, I couldn’t stand it any longer and wrote an email to find out when they would address my issue. They told me to keep waiting and then, three days later, they went back to square one, asking me again to request the DOA document from the brand’s importer. The brand has been unresponsive for weeks. Amazon seems to have surpassed themselves in indifference, not even acknowledging me. No one should trust a brand or company that initially makes promises and then backtracks on them. I was deceived by their feigned concern and have been neglecting my legal rights for weeks, potentially at the cost of my eye comfort and perhaps even my health. Shame on you, my money, and the time I wasted trusting you.

How many months has it been, and still no one calls or asks.
