Amazon Delivered My Orders With Missing Items Twice
I placed two separate orders from Amazon Turkey, one on 27 April and another on 18 May, which included various hardware and cleaning products. In both orders, there were missing items when the packages were delivered. In my most recent order with number 405-9731283-9440352, one piece of a Wera precision-type screwdriver that I paid for was not included in the package. In my previous order with number 405-4020072-1604321, one bottle of Porçöz machine cleaner agent was missing from the delivery. I checked the website to try to contact customer service, but I could not find any customer service phone number to resolve this issue. I request that Amazon Turkey supply and send me the missing Wera precision screwdriver and the Porçöz machine cleaner as soon as possible, since I have already paid for these products but have not received them.
I received a notification that the missing item from the most recent order has been shipped, but customer service has not contacted me. There is also no update regarding the missing item from the previous order.
