I ordered a pallet from Amazon, but my card was charged twice without any explanation, and I haven't received anything for the additional charge. I reached out to customer service, looking for help, but they denied any responsibility and claimed the transaction was fraudulent. I can't comprehend how a purchase I made directly through Amazon could be considered fraudulent. This experience has led to avoidable stress and has taken up my valuable time. I anticipate that Amazon will resolve this matter by refunding the unauthorized charge and taking steps to prevent similar issues in the future. I am just requesting a resolution for an issue that should not have occurred at all.
