Amazon Approved Refund Still Missing For Damaged Wetviro Boots


On 16 February I ordered Wetviro platform knee high boots from Amazon.com, under order number 113-9274722-5888233, for a total of USD 70.29. The item I received was damaged, and I sent Amazon many photos clearly showing the damage, so they were fully aware of the issue. Based on these photos, Amazon accepted that the item was damaged, approved my return and confirmed that a refund would be issued. The returned item was received by Amazon on 12 March. Despite this approval, I have still not received any refund to my credit account, even though almost two months have passed since they received the item. I tried to contact Amazon customer service by email several times, but my emails were ignored or I was told this was not their responsibility. When I tried to follow up by phone about my refund, the line was disconnected while I was still trying to discuss the issue, and I was left without any clear answer or solution. I would like Amazon to explain clearly why the already approved refund of USD 70.29 for order 113-9274722-5888233 has still not been returned to my credit account, even though they received clear photo evidence of the damage, accepted responsibility and confirmed the return and refund. I request that Amazon immediately processes and completes the full refund of USD 70.29 to my credit card without any further delay, and provides proper and respectful communication instead of ignoring my messages or shifting responsibility.
