Amazon Account Hacked - Email And Phone Changed

My name is Sandra F*** and I am writing regarding two Amazon.com accounts of mine that appear to have been taken over. Yesterday morning I received an email stating that the email address on my account had been changed. I did not authorize this change. Shortly after, I discovered that my phone number on the accounts had also been changed, which has completely locked me out and prevented me from securing or accessing the accounts. I also have the email address that my original email was changed to. In the past two days, two packages that I did not order have been delivered to me. I have not been charged for these items so far, but the situation is extremely concerning because it clearly shows that someone else is actively using my accounts and personal information. I normally use Amazon.com from Roanoke, Texas, United States, and until this incident I have never had a problem of this kind. Today I called Amazon customer service to resolve this, but the call was a complete disappointment. I was told there was nothing they could do, and then the representative stated that his screen had gone down, which ended the support with no solution provided. I am left with accounts that I no longer control, ongoing unauthorized activity, and no proper assistance from customer service. I request that both of my Amazon.com accounts associated with my name and original email address be urgently and permanently deleted, that access for the person who changed my details be completely blocked, and that this apparent hacking incident be investigated so that it does not happen to anyone else. I also ask to be informed in writing that my accounts have been deleted and that there are no outstanding orders or charges linked to my name or address as a result of this unauthorized access.
