I got this Amazfit T-Rex Pro smartwatch on May 20th, 2022, and it seems like the screen only lights up when it's plugged in for charging. I can't get the device to turn on any other way. Hey, if anyone has dealt with this problem before and found a solution, could you give me some advice on what steps to take?
