I just recently got the Allianz app to manage my account, but I can't finish the registration process because the verification SMS never comes through, no matter how many times I try. When I called the call center, they told me to change my phone number and try again, which I did, but the problem is still there. Nobody seems to be paying attention to the fact that I'm stuck at the very first step of using the app, which is very annoying. I thought a company like Allianz would make things run more smoothly, and this is making me think twice about my choice.
