My visa application requires a QR code, but the document that was provided to me does not contain one. I recently purchased travel health insurance from Allianz, but the document does not contain the QR code. My efforts to seek assistance through a variety of channels have been met with a deafening silence from Allianz, despite the fact that I have been persistent in such efforts. I am in desperate need of your assistance in this matter, as it is of the utmost importance that I resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
