I purchased a Khons 22KW charging unit from AliExpress, and after just 7 months of use, it stopped working completely. When I originally bought the product, the seller clearly stated it came with a 2-year warranty. As soon as the issue occurred, I contacted the seller and explained the situation. But instead of offering a solution, they just gave vague replies like “Okay, I’ll check” and have done nothing since. No repairs, no replacement, no refund.

What’s worse, Khons Turkey refuses to help because the product was purchased through AliExpress. So basically, I’m stuck with a broken charger and no support from either the seller or the manufacturer.

This isn’t how warranties are supposed to work. If a company offers a 2-year warranty, it shouldn’t matter where the item was purchased—it should honor its commitment. I spent over ₺ on this product expecting long-term use, and now I feel completely cheated.

Khons, step up and take responsibility. Either repair this unit, replace it, or refund my money. Don’t hide behind the platform excuse—your brand name is on this product, and I expect better service.
