AliExpress USB to PS/2 Adapters Didn’t Work and Seller Ignored My Complaint

I bought a 15-pack of USB to PS/2 adapters from AliExpress, but sadly, none of them worked. To top it off, after I explained the problem and shared videos and pictures as proof, I didn't get any response at all. I feel like nobody's paying attention to me. I'm really disappointed that I tried to save some cash by buying directly from this platform. Looking back, it would have been smarter to spend a bit more and get the adapters from a trustworthy place, which would have saved us all this trouble. This was supposed to be an easy purchase, but it’s turned into a real headache. Now I’m left with stuff that doesn’t work and a seller who won’t help me out.
