AliExpress Scam: Wrong Product Received, No Help!

I'm really annoyed because instead of the electric hand tool and repair kit I ordered from AliExpress, I got a hair straightening plate as a replacement. I tried reaching out to someone using the "Reached Someone Relevant" app, but I'm not sure if I'll get a response. I've also recorded my luck. I want to make a complaint. Is there someone in Turkey who is responsible for handling complaints? I want my money back right away. This lying is not okay. They sent me something totally ridiculous instead of the item I paid for. I really need a refund because they sent me the wrong item instead of the product I bought.
