I Can’t Cancel an Expensive Customs-Flagged Order on AliExpress
I recently purchased three items from AliExpress, and I now want to cancel one of them because it is marked as a customs-restricted item and is too expensive to risk importing. Previously, there was a visible “Cancel Order” option available on the order page, but this time, that option has disappeared completely.
I’ve tried everything to cancel the order—navigating the app, checking different sections, switching devices—but there’s no way to cancel it anymore, even though the item hasn’t shipped yet. This lack of a straightforward cancellation process is extremely frustrating and is making the shopping experience stressful and complicated.
AliExpress, I urgently need a solution. Please provide a way for me to cancel this item before it ships. If you offered better support or a consistent cancellation process, users wouldn’t have to go through this hassle. I expect immediate action to prevent any further inconvenience or loss.
