Unable to Delete My Alibaba Account – Constant Notifications Are Frustrating

I signed up for an Alibaba account but now I can’t delete it. I keep logging out, but the notifications won’t stop, and it’s becoming really annoying. I’ve tried to contact support, but I can’t find a way to delete my account, and the help center assistant is only in English, which makes it hard to understand. I’m really frustrated with this situation. Can anyone please guide me on how to permanently delete my account and stop the notifications? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
