Paid for 5 Items on Alibaba but Orders Disappeared – No Active Orders Showing

I recently ordered and paid for a total of 5 items on Alibaba. However, 3-4 days later, my orders vanished from the “My Orders” section, and now it shows that I have no active orders. Despite the payment being deducted from my bank, I have no record of my purchases on Alibaba’s site.

I need assistance in locating my orders or getting a refund. Alibaba, please review my transaction and help restore my order details or provide guidance on how to proceed for a resolution.
